The property is also within easy reach of other famous historic towns, including Martina Franca (15 minutes) and Ostuni (20 minutes). Set within 6 hectares of land, the luxury villa rental in Puglia sits within large park-like grounds. There is another villa on the estate, Trulli Tirunno, 400 metres away, which can be rented separately or, for a large group of friends or family, the two villas can be rented together, accommodating up to 25 people. Each villa has its own garden and, swimming pool. Also available for guests at Trulli Montanaro is a padel court, a massage area and an organic vegetable garden.

The swimming pool has a salt water system, and is heated May-September. Guests can relax on sunbeds on both sides of the pool, and there is also an outdoor audio system. An outdoor living area in a circular stone gazebo, is ideal for relaxing on the large outdoor sofa, and dining at the round dining table, seating up to 17 people. There is also wood-burning oven, and a barbecue. A second circular stone gazebo is furnished for relaxing in the shade, on large stone seats covered with cushions. There is also an outdoor shower and WC, and an organic vegetable garden.

The luxury villa to rent in Puglia has beautifully designed interiors, in a traditional style, but with modern furniture and furnishings. The master bedroom and two double bedrooms are in the main central building, and the other three bedrooms are in both two smaller trulli, and a third dependence, each with a private bathroom. The living room and all the bedrooms have Smart TV, and there is Wi-Fi, and both underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.
