Nestled in Puglia, a region celebrated for its olive groves, castles, Romanesque cathedrals, Alberobello’s iconic trulli, Lecce’s Baroque churches, Castel del Monte’s eight magnificent towers, and miles of stunning coastline, lies Masseria Pettolecchia – a true jewel among the region’s fortified masserias. Located in Fasano, this historic estate dates back to the 1800s, when it was built by the noble Palmieri family as a country residence. Recently renovated and furnished to the highest standards, it sits within eight hectares of private land, adorned with majestic olive and almond trees, alongside a thriving organic vegetable garden. The surrounding area, known as “Piana degli Ulivi Secolari”, is one of Puglia’s most enchanting landscapes, where olive trees range from 100 to 1,000 years old and are fully protected. Despite its tranquil countryside setting, the Masseria is just 0.5 km from the sea.

The villa spans approximately 450m² and comprises five elegant bedroom suites across two floors, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. The interiors are furnished with antiques, artworks, and sculptures, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, and a double living room. Panoramic terraces open from many rooms, offering sunny and shaded areas for outdoor relaxation. The extensive gardens feature a large swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace, as well as an outdoor gym.

Perfect for family holidays or group retreats, the property is also an exceptional venue for weddings and private events.
