The Masseria Puglia luxury villa to rent in Puglia is a traditional Masseria (farmhouse) of the area, set within 73 acres of land ancient olive trees, lemon groves, fruit trees, an organic vegetable garden and Mediterranean plants. It is just 5 kms from the famous ‘White City’ of Ostuni, and 10 kms from the coast and beaches. Other typical Puglian villages nearby in the beautiful Valle d’Itria include Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello and Martina Franca.  White sand beaches within easy reach include the Parco delle Dune Costiere and Torre Guaceto, also with a nature reserve. This area of Puglia has a mild climate and can easily be explored all year round. It offers delightful old villages, beaches and exceptional traditional local cuisine.

The luxury villa rental in Puglia dates back to the end of 1700 when it was a working farm. It has now been restored throughout, maintaining the original structure together with its ancient consecrated chapel. Recent additions include a swimming pool which connects with a large jacuzzi, an adjacent pool house with kitchen and al fresco dining area, and changing room/shower.  There is also a gym, hamman and a traditional pizza oven.

The interior is typical of a grand Masseria, and tastefully renovated with modern conveniences. The ground floor comprises a reading room, a TV room, and a large living area opening directly to the inner courtyard with lemon grove. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast room. The adjacent formal dining room opens onto an enclosed garden, which has an outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor is a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor has five double bedrooms, three of which have terraces and all have en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there is a large central gallery with a west facing sunset terrace.
