Bedrooms – Each of the ten en-suite bedrooms boasts its own unique historical charm, showcasing a delightful tapestry of architectural wonders. Some of the bedrooms have iconic conical trulli ceilings, an exquisite hallmark typical of Alberobello, while others have gable-roofed arches, reminiscent of the main farmhouse’s rich heritage. The bathrooms have stunning ceramic roll top and intricately carved stone bathtubs, thoughtfully placed in secluded outdoor terraces, providing an exclusive oasis for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation amidst nature’s beauty. Master bedroom 1 – located upstairs in the main building and fitted with a roll top bath, walk in shower, double basin, toilet with bidet, large cupboards and fireplace.
Master bedroom 2 – situated in the Garden Cottage is a ground floor king sized suite, with double door access to the living room that has a walk in closet and fireplace, also leading out on to a private garden. The en-suite bathroom boasts a roll top bath, walk in shower and double sinks, as well as a outdoor roll top bath and shower for ultimate pampering.
Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 – previously horse stables, now generous en-suites with washrooms that have walk in showers and double basins as well as ottomans
Bedroom 6 & 7 – formerly the grain store of the property this room inter connects with another double room, ideal for a family with children.
Room 8, 9 & 10 are all pretty much the same and are in Trulli with lovely bathrooms – all the bathrooms have walk in showers and access to a small private garden (no baths)
Rooms 9 & 10 can interconnect through the bathrooms – good for families if needed.

Tennis Court (from Summer 2024) – Astro turf tennis court will be set from the main house looking across the valley. There will be a viewing pergola fitted with comfortable seating and drinks fridge.
Day trips – Just 7 minutes drive to Alberobello, 25 minutes to Monopoli and 30 minutes to the stunning hill top towns Ostuni and Martina Franca – the house is perfectly located for exploring the area.
Cycling – Prepare to be enchanted as you uncover the hidden treasures and breath taking vistas of this captivating region. An extraordinary journey along the Apulian Aqueduct cycle route that traverses the enchanting landscapes between the Canale di Pirro and Locorotondo. Beginning from the Cocolicchio district, your adventure unfolds along some characteristic sheep tracks, guiding you through a mesmerizing section of the Apulian aqueduct’s cycle path. Pedal your way through a spectacular scenery adorned with charming trulli and rugged dry stone walls. Along the way, the view of the Selva di Fasano, adding to the allure of this unforgettable route.
