Accommodating comfortably 14 guests, Villa Pigra features contemporary, stylish bedroom suites that complement the villa’s elegant architecture. Additional children’s beds are available, making it ideal for families and accommodating up to 18 guests. An elevator connects the three main floors, while a caretaker’s apartment and laundry facilities are located in the basement – ensuring every comfort within this exceptional luxury villa on Lake Como.
Originally built in 1909 in elegant liberty style, Villa Pigra has been meticulously restored to outstanding standards. Spanning 1,231m², this impressive luxury villa on Lake Como features eight beautifully appointed double bedrooms, six of which are ensuite, alongside a collection of sophisticated interiors including a drawing room, living room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private study, media room, and bar.
