The Villa Pigra is a luxury rental villa on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake, mountains, and sunsets. Built in 1909 in the Liberty style, the villa has been fully restored to exceptional standards, providing 1,231m² of living space, surrounded by 4.5 acres of private gardens. Stunning views can be enjoyed from the balconies of every bedroom, as well as from the main terrace, pool house, and infinity swimming pool.

The villa comfortably accommodates 18 guests, with additional children’s beds available upon request. The bedroom suites are contemporary and stylish, harmonizing with the villa’s original elegance.

Set in a breathtaking position with 360-degree lake views, the villa boasts a 22m-long heated infinity pool with an attached Jacuzzi. The pool house, with its full-length windows that fold away, appears to float over the water and includes a kitchen, bar, and a comfortable seating area. Around the pool, there are multiple sunbathing spots, including on the roof of the pool house, along with two alfresco dining areas.

For younger guests, the villa features a playground with a treehouse, trampoline, Tibetan bridges, zip line, and slide. (Children must always be supervised by an adult.)

The picturesque mountain village of Pigra is just 300m away, offering a few charming restaurants. The popular lakeside village Argegno is easily accessible via a cable car, located 500m from the villa gates. From the cable car station by the lake, it’s only a four-minute walk into Argegno, where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and lakeside activities. The villa also has its own luxury boat, moored at the bottom of the funicular in Argegno, perfect for visiting some of the region’s renowned lakeside restaurants.

• Security Deposit: €10,000 held against damages to the property.
