The picturesque mountain village of Pigra is just 300m away, offering a few charming restaurants. The popular lakeside village of Argegno is easily accessible via a cable car, located 500m from the villa gates. From the cable car station by the lake, it’s only a four-minute walk into Argegno, where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and lakeside activities. The villa also has its own luxury boat, moored at the bottom of the funicular in Argegno, perfect for visiting some of the region’s renowned lakeside restaurants.
This exceptional holiday villa features 8 double bedrooms (7 en-suite), 11 bathrooms (10 in the main house and one in the pool house), a drawing room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and media room. The villa comfortably accommodates 14 guests, with additional children’s beds available upon request. The bedroom suites are contemporary and stylish, harmonizing with the villa’s original elegance.
Set in a breathtaking position with 360-degree lake views, the villa boasts a 22m-long heated infinity pool with an attached Jacuzzi. The pool house, with its full-length windows that fold away, appears to float over the water and includes a kitchen, bar, and a comfortable seating area. Around the pool, there are multiple sunbathing spots, including on the roof of the pool house, along with two alfresco dining areas.
For younger guests, the villa features a playground with a treehouse, trampoline, Tibetan bridges, zip line, and slide. (Children must always be supervised by an adult.)

The villa offers a luxurious multi-level layout designed to maximize comfort, elegance, and breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
On the First Floor, three beautifully designed double bedrooms provide a serene retreat. The south-facing Lombardy Suite features a private balcony and terrace, both overlooking the lake, along with a dressing room and a modern en-suite bathroom. The Tuscany Suite, also facing the lake, is connected to the east-facing Veneto Suite by a spacious shared bathroom, and both offer private balconies with stunning lake views. To the west, the Liguria Suite captures the beauty of the mountains and sunsets, complete with its own balcony and a generously sized bathroom.
The Second Floor mirrors the first in layout, with four double bedrooms offering similarly exquisite views. The Piedmont Suite enjoys a south-facing position over the lake, while the Umbria Suite, also south-facing, shares a spacious bathroom with the east-facing Abruzzo Suite. Meanwhile, the Apulia Suite is positioned to the north, providing spectacular mountain views.
Ascending to the Third Floor, guests will find an extraordinary open space designed for relaxation and entertainment. Two large seating areas provide a perfect setting to unwind, complete with a TV, projector, music system, and board games. This level also includes a pool table, a kitchenette, and a WC. Two rooftop terraces can be accessed from this floor, each offering panoramic lake views. One terrace features a stylish bar and an elevated viewing platform, making it the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail.
Also on this level, the Liberty Suite serves as a private double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, positioned at the highest point of the villa. This suite is bathed in natural light, with expansive double windows on two sides that frame breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.
