This beautiful, newly refurbished Villa Lezzeno luxury villa rental on Lake Como sits in a wonderful position right on the edge, in the northern part of the village of Lezzeno, just 5 kms from Bellagio. It is within easy walking distance of a nearby grocery store, a bar, restaurants and pizzeria. In the centre of the village is the boat landing stage, for both the passenger boat and hydrofoil, which can take you to the many towns and villages along Lake Como. The beach in front of the villa is a pebble beach with good swimming. Just a ten-minute walk away is a restaurant which offers lunches outdoors, as well as water-skiing facilities.

Newly decorated throughout, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the rooms are furnished to a very good standard. The walls are painted in a light terracotta with washed effect and there are terracotta tiles or wooden floors throughout. Amenities include satellite TV (news channels only), DVD, Wi-Fi internet and central heating.

On the front covered terrace, guests can relax and dine outdoors to the sound of the water lapping on the shores of the lake. There is a barbecue available at the property. To the rear of the house, there is a lawned garden with trees, and a parking area for several cars. Access to the property is by security gates.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, perfect for enjoying family meals or entertaining guests. The floor also includes a convenient shower room with a bidet, basin, and WC. Additionally, a laundry area is available for guests’ convenience.

Moving to the First Floor, the Master Bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with a queen-size bed and direct access to a private terrace that overlooks the lake, offering stunning views to wake up to each morning. The Second Bedroom is a twin bedroom, ideal for children, which includes a TV and DVD player, and opens onto a smaller terrace, again with views of the lake. A Third Bedroom on this floor is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and also has access to a small terrace. The first-floor bathroom is a standout feature, with a Jacuzzi bath, a separate shower, two basins, a bidet, and a WC, creating a spa-like atmosphere for relaxation.
