Perched on the hillside above Lake Como, this exceptional luxury villa combines elegant interiors, outstanding facilities and breathtaking panoramic views across Bellagio’s famous promontory, the three branches of Lake Como and the Alps beyond.

Finished to an exceptionally high standard, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. From the beautifully equipped kitchen and private wine cellar to the villa-wide sound system and satellite TV, the property offers everything needed for a relaxing Lake Como escape. The elegant living spaces open onto the lake views, while the covered terrace provides the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, afternoon drinks or simply relaxing on the sun loungers and taking in the scenery.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, featuring local flowers and plants typical of the area. At its heart is a private swimming pool with hydro-massage jets and a counter-current swimming system, making it ideal for both leisurely swims and morning exercise. The pool area is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and an outdoor shower, while the pool can also be heated on request using solar panels. There is also a BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooking the lake.

The accommodation is arranged across three floors. The ground floor includes a traditional Turkish sauna, fitness area, shower room, laundry facilities and a well-stocked private cantina featuring a selection of popular Italian wines. On the first floor, guests will find the spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms – one king-size double and one twin – and a guest powder room. The living room and double bedroom both open onto the elegant covered terrace, creating a wonderful connection between the interiors and the spectacular lake views.

The second floor features two further en-suite bedrooms, along with a separate luggage storage area. A stereo system and small work area with broadband connection are also located on the landing. All bedrooms are air conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the warmer months.

Location

Villa dei Sogni is ideally positioned for discovering the beauty of Lake Como. The historic centre of Bellagio and its excellent selection of restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars and cafés are just a short drive away, while the local boat service can be reached in around five minutes, providing an easy and scenic way to explore the lake. Local restaurants, a bar, grocery store and pastry shop are also within approximately a two-minute drive. Lecco is around 35 minutes away, Como approximately 45 minutes, while Milan, Bergamo and Lugano can all be reached within around 90 minutes.

As is common throughout Lake Como, and particularly for properties situated in elevated and scenic positions, the roads leading to the villa are narrow and winding. The final stretch from the main road to the property requires extra care when driving, which is why we always recommend considering a small, compact vehicle whenever possible.

At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the villa is located just a few minutes’ drive from the town center. Its slightly elevated position offers spectacular lake views, privacy, and tranquility, while still allowing guests to remain close to the area’s restaurants, shops, and overall hustle and bustle.
