Villa Cima was originally built in 1814 by Caroline of Brunswick, the then Princess of Wales, to house a count and countess. This luxury villa to rent on Lake Como has since been updated but the refined antique furnishings reflect its royal heritage. Carved trim, leaded windows and vine-covered walls lend a classic storybook feel to the beautiful exteriors, while inside, terrazzo floors and Murano chandeliers are both attractive and traditional. This luxury holiday home offers several well-appointed sitting rooms with stunning lake views and it has a formal dining room which comfortably sits eight guests. In contrast to the rest of the villa, the fully equipped kitchen is practical and modern.

This villa offers a beautifully designed layout spread across three distinct floors, each serving a specific function, all while providing guests with spectacular views of Lake Como.
Upon entering the Ground floor, you are greeted by the First Bedroom, the Junior Suite. This spacious room features a luxurious king-size bed, complemented by an elegant en-suite bathroom that includes both a stand-alone shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxation. The dual vanity ensures added convenience and comfort. Additionally, the room boasts a private terrace that overlooks the stunning Lake Como, creating a serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy the tranquil views.
The villa’s Mezzanine floor hosts the Master Bedroom, another exquisite space designed for ultimate comfort. Like the Junior Suite, it also features a king-size bed and a similarly luxurious en-suite bathroom, equipped with both a stand-alone shower and a bathtub, along with a dual vanity. The Master Bedroom opens onto a private balcony, allowing for uninterrupted views of Lake Como, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking both privacy and panoramic vistas.
On the Second Floor, you will find the Third and Fourth Bedrooms, two perfectly sized corner rooms that are designed to offer both comfort and convenience.
