Villa Cima was originally built in 1814 by Caroline of Brunswick, the then Princess of Wales, to house a count and countess. This luxury villa to rent on Lake Como has since been updated but the refined antique furnishings reflect its royal heritage. Carved trim, leaded windows and vine-covered walls lend a classic storybook feel to the beautiful exteriors, while inside, terrazzo floors and Murano chandeliers are both attractive and traditional. This luxury holiday home offers several well-appointed sitting rooms with stunning lake views and it has a formal dining room which comfortably sits eight guests. In contrast to the rest of the villa, the fully equipped kitchen is practical and modern.
