The splendid 19th Century Villa Camilla luxury villa to rent at Lake Como is situated on the western shores. It has remained exclusively in the hands of the same noble family, the Marchesi di Rozzano, and is a symbol of Italian style and excellence, the ideal place for lovers of the romantic, of absolute peace, quiet and tranquility.
The beautiful interiors feature mosaic floors, turned wood staircases, statues and 18th century frescoes, as well as fine paintings from the late 1800’s. Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of Feng-shui philosophy. Accommodation is in the main villa, as well as a pretty annex, around 20 metres from the villa entrance. There is =wi-fi throughout, and also a computer and printer, satellite TV, air conditioning and a safe. There is also a CD player with a selection of musical CDs. At the back of the villa there is an ancient stone cellar with vaulted ceilings and a vast selection of Italian and international wines.
The park surrounding the villa was originally designed as an English garden in the mid-19th century and features age old trees. Acers, cork oaks, redwood pines, Chilean monkey-puzzle trees, cedars and Japanese bamboo are just a few of the beautiful and rare botanical examples that can be admired there. There is also a small vegetable garden and orchard, and guests are welcome to personally select the organic fruit and vegetables to be prepared by the chef. Also within the grounds is a swimming pool with a spacious area for sunbathing, comfortable sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas and a shower. For sports’ enthusiasts, there is a tennis court with lighting for games in the evenings, and a games room with table tennis table, table football and a pool table. For the younger guests there is a safe, protected playground. Very close to the Villa is a large car park and private jetty with a buoy so that motorboats can be moored there.

Also located on this level the First Bedroom equipped with a bathroom for disabled access, ensuring convenience and inclusivity for all guests. The professional Kitchen, complete with all necessary amenities, is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, while the adjacent laundry room, cloakroom, and games room provide additional practicality and entertainment.
On the First Floor, the villa boasts the Second and Third Bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, offering the perfect retreat for relaxation with panoramic views of the lake. A Fourth double Bedroom is also situated on this floor, providing ample space for guests to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.
The Second Floor is highlighted by a large veranda that overlooks the lake, creating a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. Inside, a billiard room invites guests to unwind with a game or two, while a small fitness area caters to those looking to stay active during their stay. This floor also includes the Fifth and Sixth Bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The Third Floor completes the villa with the Seventh, Eighth & Ninth Bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom, offering the utmost privacy and luxury for every guest.
For those seeking additional accommodation, a Tenth cozy double Bedroom is available in a separate cottage located just a short distance from the villa, providing space for two extra guests.
