From the villa guests can walk to Bellagio downtown in just 5-8 minutes, and the nearest restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The villa offers panoramic views of the hill with Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbelloni and the Pescallo Harbor.

The views over the lake from the villa and its garden are simply magnificent. Within the private gated garden, there is both a swimming pool (9 x 4m) with terrace furnished with sunbeds, and a jacuzzi, both situated to take full advantage of the views.

This stunning villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, featuring five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across multiple levels, each offering its own unique charm and functionality.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into the villa through the Ground Floor, which boasts a lovely Patio Area. Here, you’ll find a table football setup for entertainment, as well as comfortable seating arrangements and a Dining Table perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. The patio overlooks the lake, providing an idyllic setting to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Moving to the Main Floor, you enter an expansive open-plan Kitchen and Living Area. The space is thoughtfully furnished with elegant, yet comfortable furniture, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encourages both socializing and relaxation. The dining room features two large windows positioned opposite the table, maximizing the breathtaking views of the lake. This floor also hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms. the First bedroom has a a king-size bed and the Second Bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms are accompanied by two full bathrooms and have private entrances, providing access directly to the garden for added convenience and privacy.

The Second Floor offers a peaceful retreat with two additional full bathrooms, including one with a lakeview bathtub, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the vistas. This floor is home to three bedrooms. The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and the Forth and Fifth Bedrooms have king-size beds. One of the king-size bedrooms has access to a private terrace, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the lake. The terrace is furnished, providing a perfect space for relaxing or taking in the scenery.

Beneath the main living spaces, the Basement Level offers several practical amenities. Here, you’ll find a private garage, a laundry room, and another full bathroom for convenience. For guests looking to maintain their fitness routine during their stay, there is also a small gym located in the basement, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and activity.
