The wonderful, newly renovated Villa Aureggio luxury villa to rent on Lake Como is located in the residential hamlet of Aureggio, very close to Bellagio. From the villa guests can walk to Bellagio downtown in just 5-8 minutes, and the nearest restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The villa offers panoramic views of the hill with Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbelloni and the Pescallo Harbor.
The views over the lake from the villa and its garden are simply magnificent. Within the private gated garden, there is both a swimming pool (9 x 4m) with terrace furnished with sunbeds, and a jacuzzi, both situated to take full advantage of the views.
Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Entrance is on the ground floor via a patio with table football, as well as comfortable seating and an outdoor table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the lake. On the main floor you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with elegant, yet comfortable furniture. The dining room has two large windows opposite the table making the most of its breathtaking surroundings. On this floor you will find one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a private entrance and access to the garden. The second floor has two full bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a private terrace overlooking the lake. One of the bathrooms has a lakeview bathtub and one of the bedrooms on this floor has a private door to a spacious furnished terrace. There is also a basement level with private garage, as well as a laundry room and a full bathroom. There is a small gym located in the basement
