Within the large private garden is a heated swimming pool, and a sun terrace which directly overlooks the lakeside promenade, and the beach, just a few metres away. Renovated in 2019, the accommodation of the luxury holiday villa rental on Lake Como is spread over two floors, as well as having a basement level with a laundry. On the ground floor is a large and sunny living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and a CD player, as well as a small sitting room with a magnificent grand piano, and lake view. On this level, there is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room with an antique wooden table for up to 18 people. A bedroom with en-suite bathroom, suitable for people with disabilities, is also on the ground floor.
The other 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor, and all can be made up as double or twin beds. Decorated and equipped to a high standard throughout, the ground floor features antique Lombard cotto floor tiles, while the stairs and first floor has chestnut flooring. The windows of this luxury villa rental on Lake Como are all soundproofed, and there is air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms.

At the rear of the kitchen, there is a staff bedroom and bathroom, offering added convenience. Also located on this floor is the First Bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, specifically designed to be accessible for people with disabilities.
The First Floor begins at the top of the stairs, where you will find a comfortable sitting room that opens onto a terrace, offering stunning views. This level also features Five double Bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. The flexibility of the beds, which can be set up as either double or twin, adds versatility, catering to different needs and preferences.
Finally, the Basement houses the laundry room, which is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a large sink, providing all the necessary facilities for handling laundry efficiently.
