The beautiful Lake Como Villa Lakeside luxury rental villa is situated right on the edge of the lake at Lezzeno, about 10 kms from the centre of Bellagio, and 25 minutes from the larger centre of Como. Lezzeno is a charming and typical lake hamlet, where guests can experience the authentic Italian lifestyle and mix and mingle with the locals. The villa is reachable only on foot, down some stone steps which link the villa to the main road and private parking area, with parking for two cars.
The villa has a private pool and garden, as well as access to the lake and public beach. From the expansive garden guests can enjoy the magical lake views the property offers, in particular from the terrace and the furnished gazebo.
The recent renovations have restored this luxurious rental property to its original 19th century charm. . The accommodation is on three floors, with the living area and kitchen on the main floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and, on the third floor, are the two remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sofa-bed for an extra guest. The villa has also a fourth floor where there is a Penthouse which remains closed. Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi internet.

On the Main Floor, you will find a spacious and fully equipped Kitchen, ideal for preparing meals that can be enjoyed in the adjacent dining room. This floor also includes a private bathroom for convenience. From here, guests can access the outdoor areas, including the garden, pool, and private beach area, all of which offer direct views and serene spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
The First Floor houses the villa’s main entrance and is home to the first of the two luxurious bedroom suites. The First Bedroom is a double bedroom suite includes a private terrace with breathtaking views of the lake, a large wardrobe for storage, and a full bathroom. Across the hall, the Second Bedroom awaits, featuring a king-size bed and a cozy lounge area complete with a sitting room and TV. This suite boasts its own private balcony with a panoramic view of the lake and an original 19th-century fireplace that adds a historical touch. The suite also includes a full bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.
A flight of 16 steps from the main floor leads to the Second Floor, where you’ll find even more space and privacy. The Third Bedroom on this level is a spacious double bedroom with its own private bathroom. Additionally, the Fourth Bedroom with a king-size bed awaits, featuring a lounge area, a full bathroom, and a private terrace that overlooks the picturesque lake.
Each floor of the villa offers its own unique ambiance, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and comfort, with ample space to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
