A design feature of this luxury Italian villa rental is its orientation to the sun, the architect wanted it to have as much light, throughout the day, as possible. Therefore the top living room has 11 large windows facing Lake Como, perfect for sunrise and sunset, it also features his unique belly fireplace and talking pit. From this vantage point it can seem like you are looking down onto the clouds, and often watching them float by at eye level while on vacation. With incredible 180 degree views spanning the Lecco arm of Lake Como right around to the Swiss Alps, beautifully covered in snow during winter. Even though the sun sets on the forest side, it reflects on the Grignas Mountains which can appear from this luxury villa as if it’s on fire at sunset.

Just 500m from the charming village of Civenna and 15 minutes from Bellagio village while on holiday. As well as a few short minutes from non-tourist restaurants, cafés and shops, with incredible views, this home-from-home is a haven nestled in the hills above Bellagio, Lake Como. Private and deeply peaceful, with ferry access everywhere.

Three of the villa bedrooms have lake views, and the other three garden or forest views. All but one room have external doors that open onto a sitting area. Four rooms have en-suite bathrooms and two share a bathroom. There are 6 king beds, 1 single bed,1 folding single bed & a cot (two of the double beds can separate into single kings upon request).
