The Breakwater Bellagio luxury villa rental has an external elevator from the parking to the main floor entrance and an internal elevator that connects the all the 3 floors (except Bedroom 6 and 7)

This villa is fully staffed:

• Chef (80hrs a week – overtime the cost is €35 p/h payable locally in cash/by card),
• Butler service (80hrs a week – overtime the cost is €35 p/h payable locally in cash/by card),
• Daily concierge service 
• Daily cleaning and housekeeping – towels and are changed daily. Mid-week change of bed linen.

Please note that the laundry room (washing machine, iron board and dryer) is only accessible via staff and this is a service payable locally cash.

Salpa Soleil 18 boat (no license required) at guests disposal throughout stay. Capacity is up to 5 guests and fuel is charged extra.
