Historically built as a farmhouse where the guards of Florence kept their horses in order to oversee the residential area of the “Viale dei Colli” this small luxury villa to rent sits in a quiet rural location, just 1km away from the Piazzale Michelangelo. Famous for with its magnificent views over the city, the Piazzale Michelangelo is also just 15 minute walk from the centre of the city. The property is accessed by an external electric gate, into a parking area which is shared with one other property.

The interiors of the luxury villa rental have been architecturally designed to a high standard in an appealing 70’s style, with details including beautiful hand decorated floors, by Ornamenta, and bright yellow woodwork. The fully equipped kitchen has Barazza appliances, and a Nespresso machine. The rooms have an air conditioning/ heating system, as well as complimentary wi-fi, and a Smart TV in the living room..

Outdoors, there is a gazebo with small sofa and armchair, as well as a dining table with four chairs for enjoying a quiet evening drink, as well as meals outdoors. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi (open April-September) to relax after a long day walking around the city.
