4 Bedrooms – Up to 12 Guests
This spacious and sophisticated four-bedroom apartment offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern elegance. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a refined yet inviting space, seamlessly combining contemporary style with the structure’s original Renaissance features. Located on the third floor of a historic 17th-century building, the 2,000 sq. ft. apartment (accessible by elevator) was once part of a grand theater. Today, it provides guests with an unforgettable stay, featuring stunning frescoed ceilings, original columns, and breathtaking views of Palazzo Pitti—the former residence of the Medici family during the Renaissance.
Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the property features four beautifully appointed double suites, providing comfortable lodging for eight, with an additional four single sofa beds available between the master bedroom and living room. All bedrooms, apart from one, include en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. This apartment is an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends looking to share an elegant and exclusive Florentine home.
The grand living room is a highlight of the apartment, with its magnificent ceiling frescoes, historic columns, and large windows offering a direct view of Palazzo Pitti. The open-plan kitchen and dining area further enhance the communal experience, with a sleek stainless-steel worktop and a handcrafted wooden dining table that seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
For added relaxation, guests can enjoy a private infra-red sauna, available free of charge, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Florence. The apartment’s true focal point, however, is the ‘laboratorio culinario’, a space dedicated to embracing the Italian “dolce vita.” Here, guests can prepare traditional dishes using a personal family recipe folder while savoring fine Italian wine, included in the rental price.
Each of the four suites has been uniquely designed to provide a comfortable and stylish retreat. The Medici Suite, the most luxurious of them all, features a king-size bed (which can also be arranged as two singles), a sitting area with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a chess set. The en-suite bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, and two additional sofa beds can be added for extra guests.
The Boboli Suite offers a comfortable double bed (or two singles), a cozy sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Velluti Suite, furnished in elegant gray tones with a striking damask accent wall, also includes a spacious walk-in shower in its en-suite bathroom.
Lastly, the Guicciardini Suite, located just off the living room, features a slightly smaller but equally comfortable double bed. While it does not have an en-suite bathroom, a separate entrance from the living room ensures complete privacy for guests staying in this suite.
