Entrance to the apartment is accessed up 12 easy steps to the first floor of the building. Renovated throughout, but maintaining original frescoes, the luxury apartment to rent in Florence has been furnished in a vintage 1950’s style, with parquet flooring and beautiful fabrics and curtains. The sleeping area is located to the back of the apartment away from the road, with two bright double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms with shower, as well as a smaller study which can be converted into a third double bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom.
The spacious and light living area benefits from wonderful views from the four main windows over the Arno River. There is also a large stylish open plan kitchen, and an elegant dining table.
