This charming holiday rental is situated in a pedestrian zone in the heart of the village with restaurants, shops and public transport. The pebble beach of Gavitella is at the bottom of 350 steps. Conca dei Marini is also just a couple of minutes up the road, famous for its Emerald Cave, la Grotta dello Smeraldo. The cave can be reached either by boat or steps.

The luxury villa to rent has a large garden, overlooking the sea, with tables, chairs, sun loungers and a relaxing hammock. The infinity swimming pool (10 x 5m) features a whirlpool corner, and overlooks the sea.

The spacious sitting room on the ground floor has a cross vaulted ceiling and has a beautiful floor tiled with the handmade majolica inlays. There is an elegant fireplace, a cosy sitting area with satellite television, and the dining table comfortably seats six. A set of French windows leads out onto the main terrace with breathtaking views across the water to the Li Galli islands. The villa accommodates six people in two double bedrooms and two spacious single bedrooms over two floors.
