The property is Split into Two Villas which share a swimming pool and tennis court.

Villa One is a beautifully designed villa spread across two floors, blending traditional charm with modern elegance. Adorned with white majolica, Vietri ceramic bathrooms, and white lacquered doors, the villa offers a serene and luxurious retreat.

On the Upper Floor, the accommodation includes two well-appointed bedrooms. The Suite Parthenope, a spacious double bedroom, features an en suite bathroom and a private terrace, offering an intimate space to unwind while enjoying the surrounding views. Adjacent to it is Room Lygea, a cozy single room furnished with a French bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

Descending to the Lower Floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms. The Suite Leucosya is a refined double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Alongside it, Room Arethusa provides a charming single en suite, perfect for a peaceful retreat. This floor also hosts a fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater to all culinary needs, as well as a spacious living and dining area known as “The Symposium.” This elegantly furnished space seamlessly extends onto a large terrace, where an electric awning pergola provides shade for outdoor dining and relaxation.

This very pretty villa to rent sits in a beautiful location in Praiano, halfway between Positano and Amalfi. It is situated in a pedestrian zone in the heart of the village with restaurants, shops and public transport. The pebble beach of Gavitella is at the bottom of 350 steps. Conca dei Marini is also just a couple of minutes up the road, famous for its Emerald Cave, la Grotta dello Smeraldo. The cave can be reached either by boat or steps.
