Villa Vite is an old country house located in Maiori, equipped with every modern comfort. Situated on the Amalfi Coast, close to the medieval abbey of Santa Maria de Olearia, this luxury rental property benefits from both the crystal blue Mediterranean waters and the green of Capo D’Orso Natural Park.

Upon entering you will be greeted with tastefully renovated interiors, divided over 4 floors. Conveniently linked via staircases you will find traditional terracotta floors, exquisite vaulted ceilings and restored antique furniture, all in keeping with the properties original charm. The luxury villa rental offers numerous areas to lounge inside while on vacation in the Amalfi Coast, there is a spacious living room with a stone wood burning fireplace, a small studio and service bathroom, as well as a 6 seater dining room with air-conditioning.

The kitchen spans over 2 levels, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, seven burner gas stove, washing machine, and a traditional Neapolitan wood pizza oven, ideal for dining in with family and friends while on holiday.

The luxury villa rental has its own typical Amalfi Coast lemon garden, as well as an additional private vegetable and herb garden. Completing the outdoor space are 2 BBQ’s and a dining table, making al fresco dining the ideal way to spend warm summer evenings. Surrounded by a large landscaped garden with immaculate sea views from its terrace, the space boasts a solarium equipped with shower, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and an umbrella. The best place to lounge in the midday heat is at Infinity pool (8m x 4m) with a jacuzzi corner and a waterfall-blade surrounded by loungers, with the backdrop of the breath taking Mediterranean sea views.

Bedrooms:

The luxury villa consists of three en-suite bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms.

Ginestra Room: The master is a double bedroom with sea view. It has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi.

Mortella Room: The twin bedroom has two single standard beds, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, and en -suite bathroom with shower. (This room can be set as a double room on request.)

Lauro Room: Is a double bedroom with a queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, walk-in closet, and en- suite bathroom with bathtub.

Guest Access:

The Villa offers a large private parking for up to four cars and is easily reached by a short staircase of 55 steps, once inside the property there is a private golf cart available for guests that follows a 200m long small path leading to Villa Vite.

2 midweek cleanings and 1 midweek change of bed linens and towels.

Strategically situated along the SS 163 (“Amalfitana” State Road), just 3 km far from Maiori town centre and its famous beach. Easily accessible from Naples International Airport (approximately a 1 hour drive) and 30 minutes from Salerno train station. Conveniently located close to Maiori tourist port, offering daily maritime connections with Capri, Positano, Amalfi and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples, other nearby attractions include Pompeii; Sorrento; Capri Island; Naples.

The pool can be heated on request with a minimum advance of 3 days and at least for 5 days.
