Villa Vite is an old country house located in Maiori, equipped with every modern comfort. Situated on the Amalfi Coast near the medieval abbey of Santa Maria de Olearia, this luxury rental property offers the perfect balance of the crystal blue Mediterranean waters and the lush greenery of Capo D’Orso Natural Park.

Tastefully renovated and arranged over four levels, the interiors are linked via traditional staircases and feature terracotta floors, exquisite vaulted ceilings, and restored antique furnishings that retain the charm of the original structure. The villa offers various inviting spaces to relax indoors, including a spacious living room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, a small studio, a service bathroom, and a six-seater dining room complete with air conditioning.

The kitchen spans two levels and is fully equipped with everything needed for an Italian feast, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, seven-burner gas stove, washing machine, and a traditional Neapolitan wood pizza oven – perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals with friends and family.

Outdoors, Villa Vite boasts a typical Amalfi Coast lemon grove and a private vegetable and herb garden. Two barbecues and a large outdoor dining table invite long, leisurely meals under the stars. The landscaped garden is surrounded by stunning sea views and includes a solarium with a shower, sunbeds, comfortable seating, and an umbrella for shade.

The highlight of the outdoor space is the infinity pool (8m x 4m), featuring a jacuzzi corner and a waterfall-blade. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea, this is the ultimate spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

The Villa offers a large private parking for up to four cars and is easily reached by a short staircase of 55 steps, once inside the property there is a private golf cart available for guests that follows a 200m long small path leading to Villa Vite.
