The villa features five spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and beautiful views across the Mediterranean Sea and the terraced hillsides. A fully equipped professional kitchen and generous living areas provide welcoming spaces for guests to gather and relax.

Wellness is central to the experience at Villa San Giovanni, with a private spa featuring a temperature-controlled wellness tub, sauna, emotional shower and traditional bucket shower. Outdoors, a panoramic swimming pool with a sun terrace and lounge area appears suspended between the sky and sea, surrounded by the scents and colours of the Mediterranean landscape. An outdoor gym equipped with weights, a bench, treadmill and exercise bike allows guests to stay active while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
