The unique design of this luxury rental, set over three floors, resembles an ancient watchtower guarding the island of Ischia.

Guests staying at this Ischia vacation rental can relax by the beautiful pool area or fine shade in the wooded area within the grounds. The villa also has an organic orchard in the grounds filled with fruits and vegetables to be enjoyed by the guests. From the gardens a path leads down to the sea where guests have private access via a wooden walkway.

The interior of this luxury villa in Ischia has been cleverly designed to offer comfort and privacy for families and groups of up to 10 guests. The design maximises light and space, with panoramic windows and large skylights which have been modelled into the volcanic stone. Nearly all the villa’s rooms open out into the terraces which offer 360-degree views.

The voluminous and bright living room on the ground floor is indulgently comfortable. A magnificent fireplace takes centre stage, with luxuriously comfortable oversized sofas and armchairs and a rustic dining table which comfortably seats eight. On the same floor of the luxury rental you’ll find the fully-equipped kitchen with its incredible skylight windows. The kitchen is infused with natural light during the day, and opens up like an observatory to Ischia’s star filled sky at nighttime.

There is air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedrooms.
