Villa Panorama is a luxurious villa located in the picturesque town of Praiano, nestled between Amalfi and Positano. Access to this charming property is via a short flight of approximately 25 steps from the main road. The villa is ideally positioned, just a few steps from the local grocery store, restaurants, cafes, and the bus stop that connects Praiano to the beautiful beaches of La Praia and Positano. The beach at La Praia, located around 700m away, is also easily accessible on foot. The villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Capo di Conca dei Marini, providing guests with a truly spectacular setting.

This luxurious villa features an expansive outdoor area, complete with two terraces that overlook the sea. The first terrace is accessible from the kitchen and boasts a plunge pool, an outdoor dining table with chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, and sun loungers, making it the perfect space for relaxation and al fresco dining. The second terrace, also accessible from the first, is similarly equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, allowing for more opportunities to enjoy the stunning views.

4 Bedrooms  – Up to 10 Guests

Villa Panorama is an exquisite three-level villa located in the heart of Praiano, offering spectacular sea views and a range of modern amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. The property is divided into the main complex and a separate dependance, ensuring both privacy and versatility for guests.

The Main Complex is accessed via a ramp with approximately 10 steps, leading up to the First Floor. This level features a beautiful garden with a sea-view swimming pool, ideal for lounging in the sun. Adjacent to the pool is a large sun terrace, equipped with loungers and deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Inside, the spacious Living Room offers stunning views of the sea, providing a tranquil space to unwind. The Dining Room and fully equipped Kitchen are located on this floor, with direct access to the front garden, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. There is also a laundry corner for added convenience, as well as an indoor relaxation area with a sauna, creating the ultimate space to rejuvenate. Completing this floor the First bedroom with a double bed (160cm x190cm) and a bathroom with a shower.

On the Second Floor, the villa offers additional accommodation. This level includes the Second Bedroom with two single beds (90cm x190cm), perfect for families or friends. Accessed only through this room, there is the Third Bedroom (160cm x 190cm), separated by a door for privacy. The bathroom on this floor features a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. A large terrace with magnificent sea views is accessible from both bedrooms, offering a peaceful outdoor space.

The Dependance, which is accessed only from the terrace or garden, provides further living space. It includes a cosy Living Room, with the possibility of adding a small double bed for extra guests making a Fourth Bedroom. The dependance also features the Fifth Bedroom (160cm x 190cm), with access to the terrace, and two bathrooms with showers.
