The property has a swimming pool and, across the street, two hundred steps lead directly down to the beach below. Free parking is possible on the road.

The first apartment of the villa is on the upper level of the building, with a very large open-plan living room on the first level, with a fireplace, sofas, piano and TV. There is also a separate dining room and modern kitchen. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine on this level. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master room has a large double bed and direct access to a wonderful terrace with spectacular sea views. The middle room has two beds that can be made up together as a queen or separately as twins. The third bedroom has twin beds, with doors opening onto the large terrace. There is another kitchen on this level that has been carved out of the exposed stone. The bathroom on this level has a tub with shower, bidet, WC and sink and an unusual and attractive natural stone wall.

On the lower level of this luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast is a separate apartment with a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, balcony with sea view and two double bedrooms. On a higher level of the garden, is a small independent apartment/suite with a double bedroom suite, with living area, a well equipped kitchenette and an en suite bathroom, all with stunning sea views.
