Villa Ischia, a luxury villa for rent on the island, offers exceptional privacy, with grounds that cover the entire promontory and descend directly to the sea. The property boasts semi-private access to the water. This villa rental benefits from incredible sea views, extending from Capri to the northern part of the Bay of Naples and the charming island of Procida. It is accessed through a gate leading to a private road of approximately 150-200 meters, which can be reached on foot or by car. Parking is available for 2-4 cars.

The accommodation in this villa, located across from the Amalfi Coast, is spread across two separate buildings, each with 3 bedrooms. Both buildings are constructed with beautiful natural stone, and the grounds feature terraces and walking paths. The luxury rental villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, including palm trees, olive trees, cactus plants, flowers, and lemon trees. The terraces are furnished with wrought-iron furniture, volcanic-topped tables, and lounge chairs. The pool area, walking paths, and terraces are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool (4.5m x 6m, 2m deep) is set on a terrace with stunning sea views. There is also an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen, which includes a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.

The main building boasts a large and elegant living room with antique terracotta and marble-tiled floors, two stone fireplaces, as well as many antiques and paintings. The second building is nearby and features a simpler design. Satellite TV is available in the living room of the main building, and Internet Wi-Fi is provided only in the main building. The property is perfect for weddings and other special events. Hydrofoil connections to Ischia run from Naples every hour throughout the day, year-round.
