The swimming pool (4.5m x 6m, 2m deep) is set on a terrace with stunning sea views. There is also an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen, which includes a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.

The main building boasts a large and elegant living room with antique terracotta and marble-tiled floors, two stone fireplaces, as well as many antiques and paintings. The second building is nearby and features a simpler design. Satellite TV is available in the living room of the main building, and Internet Wi-Fi is provided only in the main building. The property is perfect for weddings and other special events. Hydrofoil connections to Ischia run from Naples every hour throughout the day, year-round.
