Situated just a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops of Praiano, it is just a short walk to a pathway of steps leading down to two beaches, Praia Beach and Gavitella beach, both around 7- 8 minutes’ walk. It is possible to rent sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and there is also a restaurant and a bar.

The villa is accessed via steps leading down from the main coastal road to the gate of the property, and 30 steps further down to the main floor entrance. The property is spread over three floors, the main entrance level, a lower level and a tower on a higher level, which is accessed independently. The first floor of the building (between the main floor and the tower) is kept closed. The terrace on the main level features pots of flowers and lemon trees and offers magnificent views over the swimming pool below, as well as the coast and sea. It is furnished with outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors, and also has a stone barbecue and pizza oven. French doors open from the terrace to the villa’s living room and dining room, and the large, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with antiques, comfortable sofas, a grand piano and a fireplace. There are five double bedrooms on the lower level of the villa, down 20 steps. All rooms have a dresser and/or wardrobe, TV and DVD, en-suite bathroom with shower, and French doors leading directly onto a terrace. One of the rooms leads onto a small terrace furnished with garden furniture, chairs, and a small table.

On the lowest level of the luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast, is the sea water swimming pool (18 x 5 m, 2.5m deep) set on a large terrace paved with natural stone and lined with white columns. Furnished with sun loungers and large umbrellas, there is also a shower, WC and a mini-bar at this level. The pool (open 8 am – 7.30 pm) can be heated on request at extra cost. From the pool terrace there are incredible views of the sea, the coast and the islands of Li Galli. Part of the terrace is shaded by lemon and orange trees, and another shaded area with a sofa and a fridge. The terrace and pool are lit up at night. With its wide, spectacular terraces, this property is very suitable for special events, such as a weddings or other celebrations.  Amenities at the luxury holiday villa to rent on the Amalfi coast include TV and DVD in all six bedrooms on the lower floor, TV and stereo in the living room, and air conditioning throughout.

Its secluded position, high above the coastline, surrounded by large terraces planted with palm trees and flowers, and a wonderful pool on the lower level, makes the villa an oasis of privacy and peace. . About 150m. from the villa, a pathway of steps lead down to the sea below.
