This elegant luxury villa on the Amalfi Coast enjoys an enviable location just 500 metres from the historic centre of Amalfi, where guests will find charming boutiques, waterfront restaurants, the harbour and the beach. The nearest restaurant is only 200 metres away, while the closest beach is approximately 500 metres from the villa.

The property is accessed from the main road via a scenic 200-metre public walkway that includes around 200 steps. Alternatively, guests can make use of a convenient lift from the main road, which operates according to a scheduled timetable.

Arranged over three levels, the villa can be entered from either the ground floor or the top floor. Its interiors beautifully reflect the timeless character of the Amalfi Coast, combining original wooden beams, hand-painted Vietri ceramic floors, exposed stonework and crisp white walls to create an atmosphere of understated elegance.

The main entrance opens onto the upper floor, where a spacious open-plan living area is divided into three distinct lounge spaces by graceful arches and columns. The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with traditional Vietri ceramics and wooden shutters, opens directly onto the main terrace as well as the living area.

The panoramic terrace is one of the villa’s highlights, offering breathtaking views across the picturesque village of Atrani. From this elevated position, guests can admire the iconic bell tower, colourful majolica dome, pastel-hued houses cascading towards the sea and the sparkling Mediterranean beyond.

The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels and feature soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams and beautiful hand-painted ceramic flooring. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning, heating, an LCD television, minibar and a private en-suite bathroom with either a bath or shower, as well as a hairdryer. Every room also enjoys either a private balcony or a window framing spectacular sea views.

Outside, a fragrant lemon grove surrounds the villa, while the panoramic swimming pool overlooks the coastline, creating a spectacular setting for relaxation. Guests also enjoy access to the facilities of the neighbouring four-star hotel, including its restaurant, private beach and parking facilities, ensuring a truly effortless and luxurious stay.

This large villa to rent is built on the original XIII century monastery of St. Francesco monks, on a hill between Amalfi and Atrani. It is just 500m from Amalfi, with shops, restaurants, the port and beach. Outside the villa there a lemon grove, and a swimming pool, in a panoramic position directly overlooking the sea.
