The beautiful and recently renovated, Terrazza Praiano luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast is set in a peaceful position in a pedestrian street, just above the centre of Praiano. Surrounded by terraces and gardens, the villa benefits from sensational sea views. There is also a large hot tub on the terrace where guests can relax and enjoy breathtaking views to Capri and Positano, especially beautiful at sunset.

The luxury holiday villa rental on the Amalfi coast is on two levels, with the gardens on the lower floor, and a large terrace on the main floor, furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors, while enjoying the views. The spacious and light interiors are well equipped, and have been furnished in a modern Mediterranean style, with a balance of bright warm colours with the tiled floors and furnishings.

The best way to access the luxury villa to rent is via a path of about 70 steps, and a porter service can be arranged on arrival.  Praiano centre is down about 150 steps, or it is possible to take public transport, with a bus stop just 200m away. Bars and restaurants are very close, as well as a grocery store, butcher and bakery.

The terrace is complemented by a lush garden area featuring a heated whirlpool, where you can unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Inside, the Living Room is elegantly furnished and equipped with a Smart TV and a stereo system, offering both relaxation and entertainment, with direct access to the terrace. The Kitchen is expansive and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, steam oven, eight-burner stove, large fridge, and ice maker, making it perfect for preparing meals at home. Additionally, the main floor features a First Bedroom with a sea view, complete with a private bathroom that includes a bathtub. There is also a guest WC for added convenience.

The Lower Floor houses two more double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The Second Bedroom offers sea views and direct access to the front garden, while the Third Bedroom can be configured with twin beds and also has access to the garden. Both bedrooms are equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in complete autonomy.
