On the Ground Floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious, open-plan Living Area that connects seamlessly with the outdoor spaces, creating a sense of unity with nature. The living room is a perfect space for relaxation, offering three comfortable sofas, one of which conveniently converts into a double bed. The room is enhanced by the warmth of a beautiful fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere. The large, fully-equipped Kitchen offers everything needed for self-catering, while the adjoining dining and living areas are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The ground floor also features a bathroom and access to the expansive 4000m² garden. This garden, with its lush greenery and serene surroundings, offers an ideal spot for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. A range of outdoor amenities, including a hammock, barbecue area, and gazebo, add to the charm of the villa.

The Upper Floor of the villa houses Four Bedrooms, each designed as private retreats. These suites offer expansive views of the surrounding landscape and are fitted with luxurious furnishings. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor and faces the sea with beautiful views. There is a full bathroom with a shower between this bedroom and the second bedroom. The Second Bedroom on this floor has two wide single beds (which can also be made up as a large king-sized bed). The Third Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, large shower, and two hand basins. This room boasts a gorgeous sea view and a large glass picture window, which allows you to walk directly onto the deck to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor sofas. The Fourth Bedroom also has a sea view, and has a canopy queen-size bed and two glass picture windows,
