The spectacular Le Terrazze is a luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast, ideally located just a 10-minute walk (approximately 1.5 km) from the centre of Positano. From this privileged setting, guests can easily explore the region’s most celebrated destinations, including Amalfi, Ravello and Sorrento, while Naples, Pompeii and Paestum are also within easy reach by private boat, ferry or car.

Positioned across a series of terraced levels, the villa commands breathtaking views over Positano’s iconic pastel-coloured houses, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the enchanting Li Galli Islands. Beautifully landscaped gardens and expansive terraces create an idyllic setting for outdoor living.

The main entrance is on the upper level, where three elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, welcome guests. Two of the bedrooms open onto a panoramic terrace, allowing guests to wake up to magnificent sea views.

Twenty steps below, the main terrace offers a sophisticated outdoor living space furnished with stylish Philippe Starck loungers and armchairs—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying an aperitif while taking in the scenery. An elegant alfresco dining area with a large table provides the ideal setting for memorable meals overlooking the coastline.

The terrace flows seamlessly into the light-filled living room, where contemporary Mediterranean furnishings and expansive windows maximise the spectacular views. This level also features a fully equipped Miele kitchen with a traditional pizza oven, modern induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a formal dining room, guest WC and two additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

The lower level comprises a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a private spa area and direct access to the terraced garden.

All six bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views and are equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, satellite television, Wi-Fi, a DVD player and a stereo system. A private lift connects all three levels of the villa as well as the parking area, which accommodates two cars.

For ultimate relaxation, the villa features a stunning indoor heated swimming pool (12 x 5 metres), complemented by two jacuzzi pools, creating an exceptional wellness experience in one of Positano’s most exclusive settings.
