Upon entering, you are welcomed into an elegant Living Room, complete with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a fireplace, creating a cosy space to unwind. Adjacent to this, the dining room features a large table seating eight, ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped Kitchen provides everything needed for a seamless cooking experience. This floor also includes the First Bedroom with a double bed, patio access, offering a peaceful retreat. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located nearby, alongside a guest WC that includes laundry facilities.

A staircase of approximately 15 steps leads to the Upper Level, where the Second, Third and Forth Bedrooms await.
