The gardens include olive, lemon and pomegranate trees, ancient carob trees, bougainvillea vines, jasmine and plumbago, as well as a herb garden full of basil, parsley, sage, oregano, mint and rosemary. A small shared pool is available for use by all guests at the properties here. There are private steps (about 200 steps) leading down to a small sandy beach.

The interiors are furnished with comfortable period furniture, and comprise a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and opens to the garden terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom (shower only). The living/dining room is also has a sofa-bed, suitable for a child. Further amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
