Private parking for two vehicles is available within the gated entrance, adding to the convenience of this elegant coastal retreat.

Arranged across three levels, the villa offers multiple outdoor living spaces designed to make the most of its spectacular setting. The first terrace extends from the main living room and is furnished with tables and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining. Two further terraces on the second floor, partially shaded by a pergola, feature an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, deck chairs, and an outdoor shower, alongside a traditional brick barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From here, uninterrupted views stretch across the sea towards the enchanting Li Galli Islands. A fourth pergola-shaded terrace is accessed directly from the third and fourth bedrooms, providing another peaceful space to relax while enjoying the coastal scenery.

The private swimming pool measures 3 x 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 20 cm to 1.6 metres. Overlooking the sea, the pool terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, a dining table, sun umbrella, and loungers, creating an idyllic setting for leisurely days in the sunshine. The pool is open from mid-April through to the end of October.

Inside, the villa blends traditional Amalfi Coast character with modern comfort. The ground floor features the first of several inviting living areas, complete with original terracotta flooring and impressive vaulted ceilings. A well-equipped kitchenette and dining area open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The first bedroom is situated on a charming mezzanine level, offering a queen-size bed beneath vaulted ceilings and direct access via glass doors to the pool terrace. Three additional bedrooms include a single room, a twin room, and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups.

Guests can also enjoy a private fitness centre, sauna, massage room, wine cellar, and library, offering plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and recreation. Modern conveniences include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a BOSE iPod docking station, satellite television with Sky channels, a Blu-ray DVD player, CD player, computer and mobile device charging station, as well as complimentary private parking.
