This stunning Amalfi Coast villa spans three levels, seamlessly connected by external stone staircases. It features 250 m² of elegant indoor living space and 600 m² of beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, including lush gardens and panoramic terraces – one of which houses a private swimming pool, all offering spectacular sea views.

Access to the villa is via a staircase leading up from the parking area. A flight of 110 steps ascends to the main entrance, opening onto a meticulously maintained garden with an extensive sea view. This serene space is furnished with deck chairs and garden seating, shaded by a charming pergola.

From the main gate, a private stairway of approximately 30 steps leads to a spacious garden terrace – ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Partially paved and shaded by ancient olive trees and large awnings, the terrace features a dining table for 12, chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower for ultimate comfort.

6 Bedrooms – Up to 12 Guests

From the garden of this exquisite Amalfi Coast holiday villa, a flight of 12 steps ascends to the Ground Floor, where guests are welcomed into a comfortable sitting area. This level features a spacious open-plan Dining and Living Room, centred around an elegant dining table, creating the perfect space for shared meals and relaxation. Also on this floor are the First and Second Bedrooms; two generously sized double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The Middle Floor, accessible directly from the garden, serves as the heart of the home with its ultra-modern, fully equipped Kitchen. Complete with state-of-the-art appliances and all necessary utensils, it is ideal for preparing Mediterranean feasts. A small corridor leads from the kitchen to an elegant bathroom, a stylish Living Room, and a beautifully appointed Third Bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom open onto a terrace at the front of the villa, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Further along the corridor, The Forth and Fifth Bedrooms are situated; two additional double bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, making this level perfect for families or groups travelling together.

The Top Floor is reached via an external stairway of 25 steps from the garden. At its entrance, guests are greeted by a vast solarium terrace, where panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast stretch endlessly before them. Seven steps descend from this sun-drenched space into a charming Attic Retreat, designed for two guests. This romantic hideaway features a cosy dining area beneath a sloped ceiling, a rustic wooden corner kitchen, a comfortable Master Bedroom, and a private bathroom.
