Situated in the oldest and most central area of the town of Amalfi, this luxury villa to rent dates back to the 15th Century. As well as benefitting from wonderful views over the coast and sea, the property is just 150m from the famous Piazza del Duomo di Amalfi at the centre of the town.

At the foot of the famous stairway to the Duomo, you will find shops, bars, and restaurants with outdoor tables. Down by the sea, the main Piazza Flavio Gioia, the terminal for buses that connect all the villages along the Amalfi coast, and also the port to board ferries to Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Ischia, Naples, and Salerno, is also a 7 minute walk from the villa. It is reached by walking through a narrow public walkway that includes approximately 100 steps.

On the Ground Level, the spacious Living Room invites you to relax and unwind, with large windows leading out to a terrace. Adjacent to this, the fully equipped Kitchen features a five-burner gas stove with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is complemented by a dining table that comfortably seats six people.

From the living room, just five steps up, you will find a furnished Terrace equipped with a small dining table, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and an outside shower. This space offers a fantastic view of the coast and the town, including the beautiful Moorish bell tower and the rooftops of Amalfi. On a Lower Level, you can enjoy a private swimming pool, also benefiting from the stunning sea views. The pool measures 10m x 1.90m, with a depth ranging from 0.50m to 1.60m.

The First Floor is accessed via a wooden staircase with 12 steps. Here, you will find four elegantly designed double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The First Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the Second and Third Bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds. The third bedroom also includes a crib for families with small children. The Fourth Bedroom is another king bedroom, perfect for relaxation and rest.

This layout ensures ample space and privacy, making it an ideal villa for families or groups looking to enjoy a luxurious and convenient stay in one of the most scenic regions of Italy.

A car is not necessary for your stay at this villa, but there are stairs leading from the town to the property. If you arrive by car, there is private parking available 400 meters away for a daily fee of €20. For added convenience, a porter service can be arranged to assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
