The Villa Marathia luxury villa to rent on Zakynthos sits in a fabulous secluded location in the south, with a view of the sea and Marathonisi Island. This exceptional luxury Greek villa rental is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000m2, providing an environment of peace, tranquillity and privacy.

The villa, a two-storey building (with lift), has wooden floors throughout, air conditioning and can accommodate 10-12 people in 5 bedrooms. The ground level comprises a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ sitting area, a large and very light kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guest WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. To the front is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea. Within the garden is a large swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, changing rooms and shower, a bar area, barbecue and gazebo.

The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. Upon request this room can be converted to a bedroom/ office. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom with Jacuzzi. All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). Amenities include, i-Pod and USB port, music system in the living room, TV in the living room and all bedrooms, DVD and stereo. There is also a printer and fax, ironing facilities, children’s games and a hairdryer.
