The villa’s interiors are stylish and luxurious and, at the same time, comfortable and well equipped, with wooden floors and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Amenities include a Clima system (cooling and heating), Wi Fi, solar system and boiler with 24 hours hot water, energy saving systems, fireplace, hi–fi, satellite TV, DVD and home cinema. The rooms are light with sunlight coming in through the living room terrace doors and the numerous windows on the vaulted ceilings. At the front of the house is a large terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets.

The terrace outside the living area is furnished with comfortable sunloungers. A few stairs lead down to the swimming pool level, with sunbeds, a shaded pergola with table and chairs, and an outdoor shower. The pool terrace also features a Giant Chess game and a separate Jacuzzi plunge pool. To the rear of the Greek villa rental, is a quiet lounge area and a small basketball court. Ground Floor:

On the ground floor is an open-plan area with a comfortable sitting room and a spacious dining area for 6 persons. From the dining area a few stairs lead up to a hallway with the bedrooms leading off: The master bedroom with king size bed and Jacuzzi bathtub within the bedroom, also has large dressing room and luxury bathroom with two sinks and a luxury steam- hydromassage shower. The second queen-sized bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to balconies with sea views. From the bedroom hallway stairs lead to a TV room with TV, DVD and home theatre system. From the sitting area another hallway leads to a twin bedroom, which has a balcony with sea views. Shower room and WC.

Lower Ground Floor:

On the lower level of the house there is a corridor leading to a double bedroom with king size bed, a sofa that opens up to a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with fantastic sea views. Next to the bedroom there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. The laundry room can only be used by villa staff, who will do guests’ laundry on request. There is also a guest WC. The kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining table is situated at the end of the corridor, and there is a door leading out from here to the pool area.

Basement:

At the end of the corridor there are stairs down to a basement with a twin bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower. This room is best used as an extra children’s bedroom or staff bedroom. The bedroom  has no windows, but it can also be accessed from an independent entrance at the back terrace of the house.

Daily maid service; towels change daily, sheets change twice weekly. The maid will also do three loads of personal laundry per stay.
