Villa Oia is thoughtfully arranged across three levels – main, upper, and lower – making it ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable retreat. With 180 square meters of beautifully designed space, the villa accommodates guests in complete comfort and style.

The White Residence, the heart of the villa, spans two levels. The upper level features a large, traditional cave house filled with character and antique furnishings. Here you’ll find a luxurious master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite marble bathroom carved into the rock, complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub. A cozy living room with built-in sofas, an antique wooden dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances complete this inviting space. A charming attic loft with a double sofa bed offers spectacular sea views.

The lower level reveals a unique cave apartment showcasing the resourceful architecture of Santorini’s cliffside homes. This romantic space includes a small living area, a WC with shower, an impressive built-in shower cabin, and a bedroom with a king-size bed (convertible into two singles) plus an additional double bed nestled by the cave window.

Connected internally yet also accessible via its own entrance, the White Loft crowns the villa at its highest point. This enchanting apartment includes a welcoming living area, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a wooden loft bedroom with a queen-size bed that feels as though it floats above Oia. Skylights and front-facing windows fill the space with sunlight by day – and allow guests to fall asleep with views of the moon and stars by night. A private balcony overlooking the volcano provides the perfect setting for peaceful breakfasts or sunset wine.

Outside, the villa’s main courtyard is designed for pure relaxation, featuring sunbathing areas, an outdoor dining corner, and its signature infinity Jacuzzi – all set against the mesmerising backdrop of the sea, sunset, and volcano.
