The spacious and comfortable luxury villa to rent on Paros comprises several buildings, offering a sense of privacy to guests. The main house comprises a spacious living room, kitchen and two master bedrooms. The architect has maximised the natural light, with a glass shaft that descends to the lower level bedroom, and a hallway that has been converted into a lounge area and fitted with a glass wall that offers uninterrupted views of the sea. There is also a clever use of materials – unpolished concrete, glass, wood, which is successfully blended with authentic Cycladic design.

The other guest rooms are strategically placed to ensure maximum privacy. The first one is located behind the indoor / outdoor kitchen, and the remaining 5 are separated from the outdoor area by a stone wall. All rooms have independent access and open to verandas or patios. The villa also includes a gym with a treadmill, a multi-bench and an exercise bike. Further amenities include air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and indoor and outdoor sound system, a gas barbecue and an alarm system.
