Upon entering the house, you are greeted by stone walls and high-end glazed doors, while inside there is a offering all the luxury comforts. Curated furniture pieces have been selected for comfort, featuring earthy colours and various water elements as well as geometrical shapes all around this hidden gem of distinctive architecture style.
Inside: The property has air conditioning throughout. The bright and spacious living room enjoys direct sea view from each and every corner, furnished in soothing colours, creating a calm atmosphere. There is a WC located in this area of the villa. While the 10 seater dining table adjacent is the perfect gathering point for dinners with friends and family. In the same area is the open plan kitchen, finished off with marble countertops and fitted with all the necessary equipment to prepare the local cuisine. Right next to the living room is a beautiful patio with BBQ and lounge area, encouraging outdoor lifestyle.
Bedrooms: There are 5 en-suite bedrooms all with shower, smart TVs, A/C, Queen- and King-sized beds, spacious closets and access to the main terrace of this Paros villa. Two of the bedrooms are separate from the main building.
Master Bedroom: Left from the living area is this rooms private patio with its own small private pool. A bright and spacious bedroom with a large bathroom, offering direct access to the main terrace.
Bedroom 1&2: A little down to the right from the living room there is another patio with a small pool, both with direct access to the main terrace. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other a king sized bed.
Bedroom 3&4: Down the outdoor steps of the main terrace towards the swimming pool is a spacious lounge area with 2 guest en-suite bedrooms at the edges of the terrace each with a small fridge.
Outdoors: Start your morning in Paros with breakfast on hot summer days in the shallow end of the swimming pool. While the dining areas allow for alfresco dining either during the day or under the cooling night sky. This luxury villa rental benefits from a large main swimming pool with a deep end for diving and a shallow end for kids to swim safely during your vacation, there is also an outdoor shower available.
