Situated just 800 metres from Kolimbithres beach, the Villa Kolimbithres luxury villa rental in Paros is only 5 minutes drive away from the famously picturesque port of Naoussa with its many bars, restaurants and tavernas. The character of the construction is of typical Cycladic style and the interiors are well-presented, simple and elegant. The luxury holiday rental on Paros enjoys magnificent views from its terraces, stretching out over the bay of Naoussa. Agios Yannis beach is less than 2 kms. Both Kolimbithres and Agios Yannis beaches offer watersports and have tavernas.

The accommodation is in two villas (Villa A and Villa B), which can be rented either together or separately. If rented together, the villas can accommodate a large group while still allowing for some independence. If rented individually, they are separate enough to ensure privacy, although the swimming pool area is shared. Set within a 9,000 sq.m. walled garden of olive trees and vines, the villas are surrounded by many colourful flowers and fragrant shrubs. There are also numerous beautiful shaded outdoor terraces to protect you from the sun, each with open views to the sea. There is also a 12 metre swimming pool and ample shaded parking. Boats can be anchored 500 metres away in the nearby bay of Naoussa.

Villa A has two bedrooms, plus a sofa-bed, so can accommodate up to 5 people in total, while Villa B has three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. Each villa has its own fully fitted kitchen, comfortable sitting room and private sun terraces, and has air conditioning. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, electric oven and stove, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Further amenities include TV, DVD player, CD player and wi-fi internet. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
