In fact, this luxury villa consists of three buildings: the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 separate studios, just a few steps away.

All the bedrooms have A/C and fans, which the living room only has A/C.

Main Building: The Main Building spreads over 2 floors and it is connected via stairs. 

Ground Floor:

Lobby: Upon entrance guests will have a taste of traditional Greek style and decor, which consists in white walls, with touches of blue and  wooden furniture. 

Living Areas: It offers It has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area. It offers stunning views of Paroikia Bay,  Serifos and the Aegean sea. From here you will also enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.  

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities with a small countertop table with tall stools. It directly connects to the dining area that has a table that seats up to 6 guests. It also has direct access to the covered terrace via French doors.

Communal bathroom: that guests can use

Bedroom 1 & 2: also located on the ground floor, the offer a king bed each and each have an ensuite with shower. They both enjoy plenty of sunlight and sea views and both have direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor:

Master Bedroom: the largest bedroom is located on the first floor of the main building and it is accessible via stairs. It boasts a king bed and has its own ensuite with shower. The master bedroom has its own private veranda overlooking the sea.

Studio 1: The fourth bedroom is located in the first studio, which is just at the right side of the house, just a few steps away. It offers a king bed and its private ensuite with shower. It has direct access to the pool terrace.

Studio 2: The fourth bedroom is located in the second studio, which is just  a few steps away. It offers a double bed and its private ensuite with shower. This is the perfect bedroom for those seeking seclusion.

Outdoor Highlights: 

Swimming Pool: infinite swimming pool with plenty of sun lounges and an egg chair swing.

Pergola terrace: it is a covered veranda, perfect to enjoy evening meals that offers a large rectangular table with plenty of seats and an extra seating area with a coffee table. It is directly opposite the infinite pool and has stunning views of the sea and town below.
