The beautiful, private Golden Beach Villa rental on Paros in Greece is situated in a panoramic position, in the south-east of the island, overlooking the Aegean Sea, Golden Beach and Dryos Bay, and just a few minutes drive from the sea. Golden Beach is a 700 metre long sandy beach, with restaurants, beach bars, and surf schools. This villa to rent offers a beautiful retreat, away from the crowd, but conveniently close to one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the island.. The interiors of the villa have been featured in several International interior design magazines.

The house has been built in typical Cycladic style, with a spacious terrace at the front, shaded by a traditional Greek pergola, and surrounded by a well maintained terraced garden. The accommodation is on three levels and the villa is equipped with flat screen satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi. Internet access is available through mobile Internet USB stick, and there is a telephone for incoming calls only. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The main entrance leads to the living room with sitting area and a large dining table. There is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a comfortable bar area. On the same floor is the main guest bedroom with twin beds (pushed together can create a double), with access to the terrace with sea views. The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, and access to a spacious terrace with wonderful views. The infinity pool is on the lower floor and is surrounded by green trees and a garden with a pergola and sundeck. From the pool area there is access to another attractive separate guest bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There is also a smaller stone studio on the pool level with a sofa bed (which can be made up as twin beds and private bathroom, ideal for teenagers or nanny. The studio can serve as cool sitting room for the pool area as well.
