The very private beachfront Villa Paradise luxury villa to rent on Mykonos sits in grounds of 2000m2 on a small peninsula between Paraga Beach and Paradise Beach. Both beaches are just 5 minutes walking distance from this exceptional vacation rental. Mykonos town is 4.5 km, and serviced by regular buses every half hour during the summer period. The distance from the airport is approximately 2.0 km. As well as residential villas, there are two 4-star hotels and several restaurants/taverns. Villa Paradise is the sister villa of our villa, Paradise Retreat. The two luxury villas rented together offer accommodation for up to 32 people in total. The villa (400m2) comprises accommodation on the ground and first floors, leading out to the pergola, garden and pool next to the sea.
The first floor of this stunning holiday rental on Mykonos comprises one bedroom, one large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a large closet and wardrobe and WC. Facing east there is a large veranda of 40m2 overlooking the garden with an excellent view of Paradise Bay and beach, and a dining table for 12 people. The living room opens to a terrace, facing west with a view of Paranga Bay and beach. There are two fireplaces, in the living room and in the bedroom. On the ground floor there are three independent studios facing east with sea views, and with direct access to the garden. There is also a fourth studio facing west with side view. The first studio has a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with a large built-in sofa which can be used as a bed. There is also a small kitchenette / bar with refrigerator and small sink. The second studio has 2 single beds, one large built-sofa /bed, a kitchenette with fridge bathroom. The third studio has a double bed, a fridge and a bathroom. The fourth studio has a double bed and bathroom.
The pergola which is at the northeastern end of the property, is made of stone and has built-in barbecue and bar overlooking the garden, the house and the pool. The many amenities here include air conditioning, CD music system, Air Conditioning TV and Wi-Fi internet. The rental property is wheelchair accessible and has a parking area.
