Located in a private location on a hillside, just a 10 minute walk from the village of Vourkari, this luxury villa to rent on the island of Kea benefits from wonderful sea views. Vourkari village has many restaurant options, bars cafes and shops, and for those arriving by boat, there is also a dock for boats and yachts.
Architecturally designed, local stone has been used in constructing the villa, and the spacious interiors provide all modern comforts. Ideal for groups of friends or extended families, the accommodation is on three levels, with three of the bedrooms in the main part of the villa, and the other four bedrooms in independent suites. With terraces on different levels, there is plenty of space for privacy as well as entertaining. The villa also has its own gardens, with organic vegetables which the guests can use.
The entrance hall on the main level of the luxury villa rental on Kea leads to the open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. At the same level are the three en-suite bedrooms, with access to a large terrace which has a shaded dining area, outdoors living area and a heated Jacuzzi plunge pool. On the upper level, with wonderful sea views, is another terrace, with heated infinity swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing. There is also an independent bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. The other three independent suites are on the lower level of the villa. There is a sound system in living area, and a portable sound box to use in the outdoor spaces. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa, and Smart TVs in all rooms.
