The exceptional Villa Meria luxury villa to rent in Kea is situated in the area of Pera Meria, in a secluded position atop a hill, surrounded by outstanding natural beauty and offering stunning sea views. Kea is the northernmost island of the western Cyclades and is easily accessible from the mainland port of Lavrio, with a daily ferry service of approximately one hour. The island also has ferry connections to the ports of Kythnos and Syros.

This brand-new, modern, white-washed villa sits on a 10,000m² plot, enclosed by local stone walls and shaded by oak trees. Sleeping up to 12 guests, it offers luxury, tranquillity, and a very high standard of amenities. There are five bedrooms, plus two sofa beds in the cinema room to accommodate an additional two guests. It is the perfect holiday retreat for both families and groups of friends.

The accommodation, measuring 500m², is spread over two levels and features an infinity saltwater swimming pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue, spacious terraces, a tennis court, and a basketball court. There is also a gym and a spa with a hammam and massage room. Guests can enjoy 5-star services, including a private chef who prepares dishes using organic produce from the villa’s garden and local markets, with a focus on traditional and healthy Greek-Mediterranean cuisine.

Tennis lessons, yoga and wellness retreats, detox weeks, and spa therapies can be arranged. The villa is also ideal for small private weddings. The property is equipped with a security system, a helipad, and parking for up to five cars. Baby cots and a high chair are available on request.
