Kitchen: The walls are entirely tiled and offers a calm mix of greens and cream colours that create a welcoming ambiance. It boasts a floating working top and is fully-equipped with modern amenities.
Dining Room: It boasts a large dining table that comfortably sits 10 persons and there is also a buffet.
Living room: It boasts two sumptuous grey sofas, two pouffes, a Smart TV and a rustic coffee table. The sitting room has direct access to the large outdoor dining terrace, the swimming pool deck and has sea view.
Bedroom 1: It features a double bed (180×200) that can be converted into twins, a built in wardrobe and has an elegant ensuite with shower and has direct access to the swimming pool deck.
First Floor
Bedroom 2/Master Bedroom: this bedroom boasts a double bed (180×200), a sofa that sits two people and an ensuite with bathtub. It has also direct access to the shared balcony that overlooks the sea.
Bedroom 3: it offers a double bed (180×200). This room has access to the ample balcony shared with Bedroom 2 and boasts the same breath-taking view. It has its own ensuite with shower.
Second Floor
This floor is ideal for teenagers who enjoy having their own spaces and privacy.
Bedroom 4: it offers a double bed (180×200) that can be converted into twins. This room has sea view and its own ensuite with shower.
Lounge area: It connects both bedrooms on this floor. It boasts a comfortable long window seat and a smart TV.
Bedroom 5: it offers a double bed (180×200) that can be converted into twins. This room has garden view and its own ensuite with shower.
Outdoor highlights:
Dining Terrace: It can be directly accessed via sliding glass doors from the living room and boasts a large rectangular dining table that comfortably sits up to 10 guests.
BBQ-Area: just tucked away, we find the gas BBQ that guests can use.
Swimming pool Area: just opposite the dining terrace, there is the infinite swimming pool . The pool is surrounded with plenty of sunloungers for guests comfort.
Myrto Beach: there is a small dock for your exclusive use accessible via a paved private pathway (300mt). It is equipped with sunloungers and is well lit during the night.
