The villa is front facing the sea and all rooms offer panoramic views of the sea and the gardens. This luxury property spreads over two floors and it is connected via stairs.
Ground floor:
Living areas: A spacious open space that compromises of a living room, a dining area and the kitchen.
Kitchen: it boasts modern and sleek design and well equipped with the most modern amenities. It compromises of a very bright delightful open space with the dining room that offers a large comfortable dining table.
The dining area seamlessly connects to the seating room that offers dramatic sea views. It boasts a sofa and a comfortable armchair and has direct access to the terrace.

First Floor: The first floor is accessible via stairs.
Bedrooms 1 & 2: They both are fully airconditioned and offer a double bed (180×200) each and have an ensuite with shower.
They both benefit from incredible views of the Ionian sea and have direct access to their own private balcony.

Swimming Pool (39 sqm): the large infinity swimming pool can be accessed via the second floor as it is located on the roof. The pool can be heated upon request and offers stunning views of the sea. There are plenty of loungers and shaded areas at the disposal of the guests.
