Fitness Suite: it offers modern gym equipment and has direct access to the pool deck.

First Floor:

Living Room: spacious and bright room with a comfortable sofa and a sleek fireplace with direct access to the external terrace.

Bedroom 2: the Master Bedroom is on the left wing of the first floor, adjacent to the living room. It offers a king size bed, a sitting area with a large wardrobe and an ensuite with shower. This wonderful bedroom has its own private terrace.

Bedroom 3: Located on the right side of the first floor, this bright room offers a king size bed, a desk and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 4: Also on the right wing of the house on the Living Room level, there is another spacious bedroom with a large ensuite with shower and a double sink.

Bedroom 3 and 4 also share a large terrace with fantastic views and the jacuzzi.

Entrance Floor:

Kitchen and Dining area: Open space living area that compromises of a large kitchen with a floating island and modern appliances and a large dining table with comfortable seating.

On this floor there is also a guest bathroom with sink and wc and direct access to three large terraces.

Studio/Bedroom 5: This studio (30mq) is is separated from the main building and only 20 metres from the sea. There isan ensuite bedroom area with a king size bed, a desk, a wardrobe and an ensuite with shower
