Groundfloor:

The entrance takes us directly into the kitchen on the left and the stairs that connects the ground floor to the first floor.

Kitchen & Dining: modern and sleek design and well equipped with the most modern amenities. It compromises of a very bright delightful open space with the dining room that offers a large comfortable dining table.

Adjacent to the kitchen and dining, there is a spacious living room boasting two sumptuous sofas, a ceiling fan, a fireplace that can warm up the ambiance during the colder months and has direct access to the pool terrace.

Guests bathroom: located just tucked behind the living room, this bathroom also offers access to a shower.

Bedrooms: They both boasts incredible views of the sea and gardens and have direct access to the pool terrace via sliding doors.

Bedroom 1: it is directly accessible from the living room and its entrance is opposite the guest bathroom. It boasts a double bed (180×200) at the centre of the room, with an open ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom: The double bed (180×200) is located at the end of the corridor with a lovely open spacious ensuite with double sink and walk-in shower.

First Floor:  

The first floor is accessible via stairs.

Bedroom 3: It offers a double bed (180×200) and an open ensuite with a walk-in shower. This room boasts stunning views of the sea and has direct access to its own private balcony with a sleek glass balustrade.

Outdoor Highlights:

Pool Deck: it is located right outside the dining room. It boasts a large infinity  swimming pool that can be heated upon request and offers stunning views of the sea. There are plenty of loungers and shaded areas at the disposal of the guests.

On the right of the luxury villa, a stone path will take guests down to the outdoor jacuzzi, which is located nearly on the edge and offers a suggestive spot for relaxation and stargazing.
