The villa rental has been designed with a combination of modern and traditional architecture, and is very comfortably furnished throughout. The rooms are spacious and fitted with all modern amenities including satellite TV (with BBC, CNN, MTV, Bloomberg, Sports & Movie channels), Plasma HD with Home Cinema, DVD/MP3 Player, printer/fax and wi-fi internet access. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and bathrooms have Jacuzzi baths. There is also a gym area.

At the front of this property for rent on Corfu is an inviting swimming pool (5.85m x 10.30m, 0.9m x 1.8m deep), and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, where meals can be taken, while enjoying the views over Agios Stefanos bay. This beautiful villa has some nice extras for guests, including a selection of finest Greek wines in a wine fridge, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, a complimentary fruit basket and a welcome food hamper (with home made organic jams, local olive oil and organic vegetables and eggs). There is a cook to prepare breakfast and one other meal each day, six days a week.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and provides a convenient space for preparing meals. This floor also features two well-appointed bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which opens to a small terrace and garden, allowing guests to enjoy a private outdoor retreat. The second bedroom is a flexible twin/double room that opens onto a rear-facing terrace, providing a tranquil space for rest. Additionally, there is a guest shower/WC on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience.

Top Level: The top level houses three more bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The master double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a small balcony with beautiful sea views, providing an ideal space for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom also opens to a rear-facing balcony, offering a serene view of the surroundings. Lastly, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom provides stunning sea views from the balcony, ensuring a restful stay for all guests on this floor.

Lower Level: there is a twin bedroom with a private shower bathroom, offering a quiet and private retreat. This level also includes gym equipment, perfect for maintaining an active lifestyle during your stay.
